For our adult patients, we focus on two main areas of treatment.
In addition to the purely aesthetic aspect, many adults seek us out due to headaches, neck pain, dizziness, migraines or tinnitus, which are not infrequently caused by dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint.

While the path to a beautiful smile can usually be achieved quite effortlessly today through the use of Invisalign® trays, among others, the causes of the above symptoms can be quite diverse. The reasons for such dysfunction are as numerous as possible treatment methods. One cause may be that the upper and lower jaws do not really fit together. Another cause may be due to a denture that is not optimally fitted.

In order to help our patients in a holistic and health-oriented way, we always carry out a thorough examination of the temporomandibular joint before the actual treatment. Only after these results are available is it possible to create a well-founded treatment plan, which often consists of a combination of various treatment means; these can be removable splints, paired with small semi-fixed treatment means or even the classic fixed braces. Our concern is to keep your daily stress as low as possible and still achieve a long-term stable treatment result.
